A Country & People in Abject Poverty, No Safety Net, Little Hope

The S.C.O.P.E. Foundation chooses to act and create something tangible, something concrete and lasting to offer hope to the children of El Salvador. The Santa Luisa School is a school of love & care in the midst of an environment of crushing poverty where the poorest of the poor are children. The children of Santa Luisa are given a safe nuturing environment of values and a promise of a future.
